Refund Policy

No Refunds for Digital Content

Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content, all sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, we are unable to offer a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have been incorrectly billed or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service, please contact our support team at support@textspell.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will review your case on an individual basis and, at our discretion, may issue a refund if we determine that a technical error occurred and the service was not rendered.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Policy Changes

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Certain features of our Service require an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed upfront on a recurring basis — whether it be daily, weekly, monthly, or annually — in accordance with the plan you choose.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you decide to cancel it or we terminate it.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription either from your Account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note that fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the Service until the period concludes.

For subscriptions purchased via an in-app purchase, please manage the cancellation through the respective Application Store.
